Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. and Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.

    95 Declaring the intention of the City of Shreveport to proceed with an application for a loan from the Louisiana Department of Environmental quality (“LDEQ”) for funding under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (“CWSRF”) Program in an amount not to exceed Five Million and No/100 Dollars (5,000,000) for improvements to the City’s Sewer System; Declaring the intention of the city to hire professionals in conjunction with the loan application; Declaring the intention of the city to make application to the Louisiana State Bond Commission for Approval of such loan; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

    96 Authorizing the execution of a cooperative endeavor agreement with Shreveport Agreement with Shreveport Federal Credit Union and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
