SFD TO GRADUATES 13 FROM LATEST CITIZEN’S FIRE ACADEMY

The Shreveport Fire Department will graduate thirteen participants from their recent Citizen’s Fire Academy tomorrow at their Fire Training Academy, located at 6440 Greenwood Road. The graduation ceremony, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium, is the calumniation of an exciting and challenging 10 weeks, where ordinary citizens, meeting once a week for three hours, are introduced to a variety of fire and rescue techniques including CPR, basic first aid, repelling, live fire burns, and equipment operations.
