During the SPD graduation ceremonies, Shreveport Fire Chief Brian Crawford will recognize the accomplishments of Shreveport Fire Engineer/Paramedic Charlie Parker for successfully completing the specialized training requirements of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) certification program and POST certification program.
