Police arrest burglary suspect
Shreveport police arrested a man on burglary charges this morning after a Crime Stoppers tip led investigators to him.
Will Ester, 42, of the 2600 block of Fullerton was taken into custody at 10:30 a.m. He is charged with two counts of burglary.
The first burglary occurred on Nov. 2 at the Save-A-Lot grocery at Lakeshore and Jewella. The second burglary occurred on Dec. 2 at the Pizza Hut on Greenwood Road.
At the time of his arrest, Ester was on parole for the burglary of the Probation and Parole Office, 2525 Youree Drive. That burglary occurred on Jan. 16, 2001.
