Man arrested for aggravated rape

A Shreveport man was arrested on two counts of aggravated rape for incidents involving a 14-year-old relative.
Robert L. James, 36, of the 600 block of Kings Highway in Shreveport was arrested last night by detectives.
The investigation began yesterday after the girl told a counselor at Byrd High School about the rapes, the latest which occurred before school Thursday.
The investigation continues, and more charges could be filed against James.
