Fatality kills one, seriously injures three others

A 9-year-old boy died in a car crash at the intersection of Marshall and Creswell about 9:15 last night.
Lee Anthony Taylor of Shreveport died after a 1995 Toyota Supra crashed into the back of the car he and three others were riding in.
Taylor’s mother, 39-year-old Vicki Taylor, and 10-year-old Ashley Taylor are in critical condition at LSU Hospital. The car’s driver, 41-year-old Alice Smith of Shreveport, is in good condition at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle who ran into them has been charged with numerous criminal offenses.
Dennis Crenshaw, 39, of 300 block of Wilder Place in Shreveport is charged with one count of vehicular homicide, three counts of first-degree negligent injuring and a count of 4th Offense DWI.
Two others were in Crenshaw’s vehicle. Neither were seriously injured.
