Two men charged with armed robberies

Two men have been arrested for allegedly robbing two Shreveport restaurants.

Carl McClinton, 21, of the 300 block of Prospect Street and Wayne McClinton, 42, of the 4300 block of Walter Street in Shreveport are each charged with two counts of armed robbery.

The McClintons, who are relatives, are accused of robbing Murrell’s restaurant in the 500 block of East Kings Highway on May 2 and of robbing Oxford Street Pub in the 8900 block of Mansfield Road on May 5.
