Four promoted today

Four employees of the Shreveport Police Department were promoted in a ceremony this afternoon. They are:

• Daniel N. Houghton, promoted to Sergeant. Houghton joined the department in September of 1988.

• Terry G. Perry, promoted to Assistant Jail Superintendent. Perry joined the department in October of 1992.

• Jeffrey E. Taylor, promoted to Jailer II. Taylor joined the department in March of 1996.

• Glinda D. Moore, promoted fo Police Communications Officer II. Moore joined the department in September of 1989.
