Police investigate homicide

Shreveport police are investigating a shooting that occurred Monday in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King at 7:20p.m.

Henry Sherman, 25, of Shreveport was found in a parking lot suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was transported to LSU Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The suspect fled the scene. The cause of the shooting is not known.
