Shreveport police arrests suspect

The Shreveport Police have arrested a suspect in the armed robbery of the Holiday Inn Express that occurred Monday morning.

David W. Braziel, 29, of the 4200 block of Greenwood Road is charged with armed robbery.

The incident happened at 1501Westwood Park Drive about 11:10 p.m. Braziel was allegedly armed with a handgun when he demanded money from the clerk.

Braziel is also being investigated for other robberies. No other charges have yet been filed.
