Police recover large amount of drugs, money

A 30-year-old Mansfield man is facing a felony drug charge after the Shreveport Police Department’s Mid-Level Investigations Unit and the DEA Drug Task Force uncovered a large amount of cocaine and cash.

Donald Ray Davis is booked into Caddo Correctional Center. He is charged with possession of over 400 grams of crack and powder cocaine with intent to distribute.

Besides arresting Davis, police seized about one kilogram of cocaine (975 grams), three vehicles, one gun and $38,505 in cash.
