Drug Raid By Caddo/Shreveport Narcotics

The Caddo/Shreveport Street Level Narcotics Unit ended an investigation into reports of narcotic activity in and around the 1600 block of Easy Street in Shreveport. Agents conducted several undercover purchases of cocaine from 1633 A, 1633 B and 1634 Easy Street. These undercover purchases led agents to obtain and execute search warrants at all three locations. Once the search warrants were executed, agents set up and conducted a buyer beware operation where the local drug dealers were replaced with undercover police officers acting as drug dealers to service wanting buyers of narcotics. By utilizing this method, we not only get the supply but the demand as well. Agents seized 1.0 grams of cocaine and 13.4 grams of marijuana. Agents made a total of six arrests on drug charges.
