Two Arrested for Kidnaping and Robbery

Shreveport Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the April 23^rd aggravated kidnaping and armed robbery of a man they picked up at a local night club.

Arrested were Charlene Johnson, B/F, DOB: 07/28/68 of 6921 Lavender Street and Arthur Campbell, B/M, DOB: 10/31/72 of 4410 Westwood Park for kidnaping.

Oliver Foster, b/m, 12/08/55 of 4000 Marston from a nightclub, was lured into this attack by Johnson, taken to her home, stabbed, beaten and robbed of his possessions while in the backseat of the suspect’s vehicle.

The suspects drove Foster to W. 70^th street and dumped him out with serious injuries. Johnson was arrested and picked up after positive identification was made from a photo lineup.

The b/m suspect Campbell was also charged in the offense but police had no trouble finding him. He had been previously jailed at CCC for another offense.
