Three arrested for Johnny’s Pizza robbery

Three people have been arrested and will be charged with armed robbery and attempted murder after an incident at the Johnny’s Pizza in the 3000 block of Colquitt Road last night.
Cameron Cristaw, 17, of Shreveport, Lorenzo Bryant, 24, of Shreveport and James Christaw, 19, of Shreveport have been arrested for the incident that occurred around 10:40 p.m.
Two of the men entered the Johnny’s Pizza, demanded money and were leaving the business when they encountered an off-duty LSU Hospital police officer.
One of the robbers shot at the officer, who returned fire. The officer was not injured, but Cameron Cristaw was shot in the leg. The robbers dropped the money and fled the scene.
Christaw showed up at Schumpert Medical Center with his leg injury and was transferred to LSU Hospital.
All are now in police custody. The investigation continues.
