SPD C.O.P Youth Camp

The Shreveport police department's Community Orientated Program will hold a bicycle safety rodeo and helmet giveaway tomorrow morning from 9:00 am til noon. The event will take place at AB Palmer park community center, 537 E. 79th Street.

Kids will be taught hand signals and road signs. They will also be given safety materials and helmets.
