Suspect turns himself in

At 5:15 p.m. today June 19, Willie Reed turned himself into Shreveport Police.

Shreveport police were looking for the boyfriend of a woman shot to death early Sunday.

Willie Reed, 30, of the 4200 block of Robinhood in Shreveport is wanted for second-degree murder for the shooting death of Alicia Hargrove, 31.

Hargrove was shot in the 4000 block of Forest Oak about 6 a.m. Sunday in her carport as she was headed to work.

Anyone with information about Reed's whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jeff Brown at 673-6955 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
