Man charged with aggravated incest

Shreveport Police arrested one man Wednesday afternoon on one count of aggravated incest and one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Andrew McCoy, 25, of Shreveport, was booked into the City Jail and has been transferred to CCC. The mother of a 3-year-old found her daughter and McCoy completely naked with McCoy touching her.

While the police were investigating this incident, an 8-year-old neighbor told them McCoy had also touched her inappropriately.

Police also discovered McCoy had been investigated in California for molesting a 7-year-old child. That case was rendered inconclusive because of insufficient evidence.
