Missing man found in Monroe

A man reported missing by his sister was found this morning.

Walter Moore Jr. was located by the Shreveport police department in Monroe Louisiana. Moore had been reported missing by his sister to the Shreveport Police Department's Missing Person Bureau Thursday afternoon.

Moore was found Friday morning by the Missing Person's Bureau safe and sound in Monroe, where he had last been seen.
