SPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau moving downtown

Beginning Monday, Sept. 18, citizens wanting to file complaints to the Shreveport Police Department will have a new office to visit.

The Internal Affairs Bureau is moving from the City Annex building (located across the street from the police department) to the Beck Building downtown.

The new office is located in Suite 1412 on the 14^th floor of the Beck Building, located at 400 Travis Street. This location is just one block away from Government Plaza

The move will give IAB a larger, more modern and secure facility for its personnel and visitors. It also will provide a conference room for larger interviews and meetings that is not available in the current space.

The phone numbers will remain the same. The main IAB office number is 673-6920.
