Bank Robbery

Shreveport Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred about 10:30 a.m. today at Capital One, 814 Jordan Street.

A single black male entered the bank and waited in line. When it was his turn at the counter, he handed the teller a note that demanded money.  After he got the money, he fled on foot. It is unknown whether he actually brandished a weapon.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 150 pounds in his 30s. He was clean shaven, wearing a white Nike ball cap with black swwosh symbol on the front, a white Braves baseball jersey with vertical red pin stripes with a white t-shirt underneath. He was wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes and had a watch on his left wrist.
