Patrick Knight arrested

Suspected bank robber Patrick Knight was arrested Wednesday September 27 in Crowley Louisiana. Detectives drove Knight back to Shreveport last Thursday.

Shreveport Police secured an arrest warrant for Knight who they believed to be responsible for the robbery of the Capital One bank robbery at Line and Jordan.

 Patrick Knight, 43, specific address unknown, is wanted for armed robbery in connection with the holdup. This suspect was captured on surveillance video wearing a baseball jersey and baseball cap. Information obtained during the investigation led to detectives being granted an arrest warrant this afternoon.

Knight handed the teller a note and raised his shirt to show the teller a weapon. He got money and fled the scene.

Police are looking at him as a suspect in other recent bank holdups.

Knight has relatives here in Shreveport and is believed to live with his girlfriend in Crowley, Louisiana. He is known to stay locally in hotels and use city bus transportation.
