10 sought for Hit and Run

Shreveport Police Department is working to round up people wanted for hit and run and other related charges.

 

On Wednesday October 11, the Crash Investigations Unit compiled the Top 10 Hit and Run Most Wanted list, which is based on a stack of warrants issued for people accused of hit and run.

 

The Top 10 list was compiled after officers conducted a weekend roundup, working to arrest those people with outstanding hit-and-run warrants. Of 68 people sought, officers arrested 12 offenders and cleared 36 warrants. Officers are now working to arrest the others.

 

Besides the 12 who were arrested, 23 of the 68 people sought did not live at their last known address, 13 were found to be living outside the city limits, 6 were in prison and 2 were deceased. The remaining 12 could not be located. 

 

The 12 people who were arrested owe a total of $16,192 in fines and court costs.

 

Making the Top 10 list (based on the number and severity of offenses) are:

 

* Lonnie Hector, 31, of  Frierson, wanted for hit and run, simple battery, no seatbelt, driving under suspension, no insurance, no child restraint and expired inspection sticker.

 

* Christopher D. Hicks, 25, of Shreveport, wanted for no driver's license, no identification in a bar, no proof of insurance, careless and reckless operation, hit and run, expired tag, domestic abuse battery, simple property damage.

 

* Melissa C. Davis, 39, of Shreveport, wanted for DWI, Hit and Run, no proof of insurance and no driver's license.

 

*Michael Richardson, 35, of Shreveport, wanted for driving under suspension, speeding in a school zone and hit and run.

 

* Shannon Glenn, 21, of Shreveport, wanted for failure to register a vehicle, no insurance, no driver's license on person, hit and run, no proof of registration and expired plates.

 

* Bradley Rodriguez, 21, of Shreveport, wanted for hit and run, driving under suspension and loud music.

 

* Roderick Davis, 25, of Shreveport, wanted for driving under suspension, hit and run, altered or cancelled license plate, DWI and no insurance.

 

* Arthur Mash, 18, of Shreveport, wanted for no driver's license, simple battery and hit and run.

 

* Roger Golsby, 37, of Shreveport, wanted for hit and run and no insurance.

 

* Brandon Montebano, 30, of Bossier City, wanted for careless operation, expired driver's license and hit and run.

 

 

Those arrested over the weekend were all from Shreveport. They were: Marco Lacour, 27; Stafford King, 46; Carl Moody, 28; Meyoka Armstrong, 19; Fredrick Monette, 35; Lynkie Goode, 30; Viva Marshall, 35; Javier Sabalvano, 29; Tammy Britt, 19; Jennifer Henry, 32; and Jason Lewis, 29.
