Op. FALCON follow-up

Operation FALCON is still paying dividends for the Shreveport police department. people in the neighborhood had seen members of FAST or Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team attempt to execute a warrant last week. Unfortunately the suspect was not home.

Members of FAST received a phone call early this morning from a concerned citizen that the suspect had returned home to the 1000 block of Wilton Place. Shortly after nine this morning 48 year old Travis O. Armstrong, DOB 11-02-58, was arrested on a warrant out of Webster Parish for Cultivation of Marijuana.

Walton's daughter was arrested as well. Jeannie O. Armstrong, 24 DOB 11-28-82, had a warrant outstanding for Disturbing the Peace.
