Second murder suspect arrested

Brian Garner was arrested in Dallas on Thursday, Dec. 7. Detectives traveled to Dallas County to continue their investigation into this case (see below). 

Garner's location was learned from information gathered by a coordinated effort between numerous agencies, including the Caddo Parish District Attorney's Screening Section, East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney's Office, Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office, Baton Rouge Police Department, Garland Police Department and SPD.
