Man arrested for molestation

Shreveport Police arrested a 36-year-old Shreveport man on three counts of molestation of a juvenile for incidents that occurred between 1997 and 2005.

Patrick Macon was arrested this morning after one of the victims came forward and reported Macon for incidents that occurred when she was around 9 or 10 years of age. In the course of the investigation, it was learned that two other juveniles also had been molested.

A warrant charging the suspect with three counts of Molestation of a Juvenile was signed this week, and detectives were able to locate Macon this morning. Bond has been set at $20,000 bond for each count, with the total bond being $60,000.
