City Worker arrested

Shreveport Police have arrested a city worker this afternoon for illegal discharge of a firearm within the city limits.

Labertrine Washington, DOB 1-12-1982, was booked into the city jail shortly after noon this afternoon.  The charge stems from an argument between Washington and a former employee of the city.

The incident took place in the 400 block of Apache Trail.
