Police search for missing woman

Shreveport police are looking for a 34-year-old Shreveport woman who has not been heard from since this morning.

Michelle Burradell, a white female, contacted her grandmother this morning from her cell phone, indicated that she might possibly commit suicide.

She has not been heard from since, and efforts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful.

Burradell is about 5'9" tall, 135 pounds with green eyes and blonde hair. She is believed to be in her grey 2001 Ford Escort with Arkansas tag 859GKD.

Police are working to obtain a photo of her to release to the media. One will be released as soon as it becomes available.

Meanwhile, anyone with information about Burradell is asked to call Shreveport police at 673-7300 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
