Update on search for D.J.

UPDATE: Ron Johnson turned himself into Caddo Correctional Center last night. He currently is being held on a $250,000 bond. For those who called for an update this morning, he was not booked into our jail, so I didn't know he was in custody at Caddo. Sorry for misinforming you that he was still wanted!

Shreveport Police arrested Terrance "DJ Bay Bay" Stewart, 32, for simple rape and intimidation of a witness this afternoon for an incident at Kokopelli's last week.

A woman was found unconscious on the second floor of the club about 4 a.m. Aug. 2. She had been sexually assaulted and was transported to LSU Hospital for examination.

Detetectives arrested Stewart this afternoon and secured an arrest warrant for a second suspect in the case.

Ron "DJ Ron" Johnson, 34, of Shreveport is also wanted for simple rape in connection with the incident. Johnson was expected to turn himself into police this evening but failed to appear.
