Police look for missing elderly woman

Shreveport Police are searching for a missing elderly woman who was last seen about 5 p.m. yesterday.

Olive Harold, 81, of Shreveport was last seen walking away from her residence in the 8800 block of Hedges Drive.

Because of the impending heat today, it is imperative that she is located as soon as possible. She does not have dementia, although she may suffer from short-term memory loss. She has only lived in Shreveport for about three months, and she is known to take walks daily.

She is described as 5'2" tall, 110 pounds, with grey hair and eyes. She was wearing a purple shirt, jeans and white shoes.
