Police search for cell pone thief

On August 8th, at 1:30 in the afternoon a woman was shopping at the Wal-Mart in the 1600 block of Bert Kouns. While she was talking on her cell phone, a black male juvenile ran up from behind her and snatched the phone from her hand.

The suspect and 3 other black male juveniles ran out of the store and got on bicycles, then headed toward Millicent Way.

Witnesses stated the juvenile who snatched the phone was in his early teens with short hair light skinned in color. He was wearing an un-tucked Navy Blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
