Man arrested for attempted murder
Shreveport Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting at Kelsey and Jackie Robinson last Thurday.
Eric Baulkman, 20, of Shreveport is charged with attempted first-degree murder for the shooting that injured 22-year-old Bryan Vincent, Michael Savannah (unknown age) and 33-year-old Wanda Farrow, all of Shreveport. All three received non life-threatening injuries.
The shooting occurred about 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, while the three victims sat inside a car. As they talked to someone standing at the intersection, a brown SUV pulled alongside their vehicle and fired shots. The brown SUV that is believed to have been driven by the suspects was found nearby.
Information obtained during the investigation led detectives to charge Baulkman with the crime. The investigation continues.
