Orlando "Moon" Glover, 18, of Shreveport was found inside an apartment in Haughton at 100 Village Manor. He was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder for a shooting that occurred in the 4300 block of Illinois Street on Friday.
Witnesses said Glover and another man were arguing at about 2:30 p.m., when Glover allegedly pulled out a gun and fired several shots. The two children were shot, one in the arm and the other in the leg. Both wounds were not life-threatening.
