Traffic stop yields one arrest

One man is in jail this morning after attempting to flee from officers.  The incident started after a K-9 officer pulled a car over for a traffic violation.

The incident started around 1:30 am at the Hollywood liquor bank located at Hollywood and Portland.

When officer were questioning the passenger they discovered a small baggie containing what officers believe was crack cocaine.  At that time the passenger attempted to flee from officers but was caught after a short chase by a K-9.

The passenger was treated but the fire department for dog bites to his right arm.
