Thrifty Liquor robbery

Shreveport Police are looking for leads into an armed robbery which happened last night.

Shortly after 10:30 PM last night two black men ran into the Thrifty Liquor in the 8400 block of Linwood armed with a shotgun and a semi automatic handgun and demanded money.

The suspects tried to open the cash registers, but the registers were locked.  No money was taken from the business, but a customer who was paying for his purchase had placed his money on the counter and one of the robbers took it. 

The men are described as Black Males, with one six feet one inches tall while the other is six feet three inches tall.  Both men are skinny and were wearing all black clothes and white hats and gloves.
