Another child rapist wanted

Shreveport police are looking for another suspect wanted in the kidnapping and rape of a 10-year-old girl.

Jibbor "Skills" Williams, 31, of Shreveport is wanted for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape for an incident that occurred in the 2900 block of Peach Street on Aug. 5.

About 6 a.m., the girl reported being awakened by the suspect, raped and then drug from her home to a nearby vacant house and raped again. After the incident, the girl ran to a neighbor for help.

Williams is known to the victim, who was taken to LSU Hospital for an examination. Results from the examination gave detectives enough information to secure an arrest warrant.
