Shreveport Police need the public's help in finding two individuals who robbed and beat an elderly man sending him to the hospital. Shortly after 2:30 AM this morning Shreveport Police were dispatched to the McDonald's in the 3600 block of Greenwood road where a man was beaten and robbed. When officers arrived on the scene they found an elderly male suffering from 2 broken arms, a dislocated elbow, possible internal injuries and several cuts to the back of his hands and head. The suspects, one black male in his mid to late 50's and a white female with blonde hair in her mid to late 40's took the elderly man's wallet after they beat him with a pipe at the Super 1 Foods just north of Greenwood on Jewella. After getting away from his attackers the elderly man was able to make his way to the McDonalds in the 3600 block of Greenwood Road where police and the fire department found him. The name of the victim has not been determined at this time due to the fact he was not speaking clearly at the scene. Officers were dispatched to the hospital in hopes of getting more information.
