Starting at 10am today the city of Shreveport will distribute sand bags to Shreveport area residents at the following locations: | David Raines Recreation Center | 2920 Round Grove Lane | Southern Hills Recreation | 1002 West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop | Shreveport Streets and Drainage Facility | 3800 Block of Mansfield Road | The Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security recommends that only those who have had previous flooding problems should pick up sand bags. There is a limit of 20 sand bags per vehicle. | ### |
