Beginning Monday, November 23, 2009 at 7 a.m., the City's utility contractor, Pulley Construction, Inc. will be mobilizing heavy equipment and performing construction activities at the intersection of Freddie Street and Hill Street in north Shreveport. | Construction will involve full lane closure, with all traffic being detoured to neighboring streets leading to David Raines Road and Audrey Lane for approximately 3-days. | We ask citizens to approach with caution and observe all traffic signs/devices and workmen in this vicinity. | For more information or questions call Gary Bordelon, Project Manager, Office of the City Engineer @ 318-673-6073. | ### |
