Acknowledgement of receipt of documentation showing the alignment of the access roadway from the Esplanade Development to Flournoy Lucas Road as it relates to Case Numbers SP-11-09 and P-38-07.

Denied the proposed roadway alignment for the primary and permanent access to Flournoy-Lucas Road for the Esplanade Development. The MPC shall consider stipulation changes related to Ord. No. 4724 of 2007 at their regularly scheduled public hearing on June 6, 2012 regarding building permits and access related to the Esplanade Development.

Application by the MPC to amend appropriate sections of the City and/or Parish Zoning Ordinances relative to water issues in subdivisions outside the City limits.
