The contract resulting from this RFP is anticipated to begin July 1, 2021 and continue through June 30, 2022.  LWDB 71 reserves the option to extend the contract term for three (3) additional 12-month periods, based on future funding availability, additional proposed rulemaking from the U. S. Department of Labor, community need, contractors' performance, and other factors.
