Mission StatementOur mission is to provide a safe environment for our employees and citizens and protect the financial assets of the City of Shreveport by identifying, analyzing, and implementing risk prevention programs and developing effective channels of communication through excellent customer service.
VisionOur vision is to continue to build upon past successes, while persistently seeking opportunities to develop and implement new ones. This can be accomplished through teamwork as it enables staff to work together toward a common goal with the opportunity to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. Teamwork is the fuel that allows ordinary people to attain extraordinary results. Effective communication and commitment to excellent are also paramount to this endeavor.
