The
City of Shreveport, Department of Community Development, and the Shreveport
Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB 71), is requesting proposals from
qualified organizations that are interested in providing year-round services to
eligible youth in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
(WIOA) of 2014.
