[ARCHIVED] City to begin road work on Phase I of Linwood Reconstruction Project

The City of Shreveport will begin work Thursday on Phase I of the Linwood Avenue Reconstruction Project. This phase of the project is to remove and replace the concrete roadway along Linwood Avenue beginning at Bert Kouns Industrial Loop.
