[ARCHIVED] City poised to seek Federal help to shutdown Harrelson landfill

Mayor Cedric Glover says the City will seek Federal assistance in its ongoing fight to permanently close a landfill that for years has blanketed a historic Shreveport neighborhood with smoke and fumes.
